Presentation of Decorations at Wallsend.
At Wallsend Town Hall, last night, 21 local heroes who had received decorations in the war were each presented with gifts, which included silver cigarette boxes for the officers and clocks and gold watches for the men, from the Mayor’s Distinguished Order Fund.”
